Teachers' Tutoring Service Coquitlam

Teachers' Tutoring Service is a long-running non-profit tutoring organization that matches Coquitlam students with professional tutors for in-person and online lessons. In-person tutoring can be arranged in the student's local area rather than through a Coquitlam walk-in centre. One-to-one tutoring is the main model, with two-student and other group arrangements also available. Math support ranges from elementary school through Grade 12 and selected college or university mathematics. The Coquitlam course list explicitly includes Math 8 and 9, Foundations of Mathematics and Pre-Calculus 10, Foundations 11 and 12, and Pre-Calculus 11 and 12. Tutors can help with current homework, learning gaps and exam preparation. Teachers' Tutoring Service can match families with tutors who have experience in special education and with learning differences such as autism, dyslexia and ADHD. Availability depends on the tutors currently serving the area. Current one-student tutoring is $57 per hour with no minimum number of lessons or long-term contract.
